APPOINTMENT POLICY
Kindly confirm availability before making payment.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your chosen date and time. The remaining balance must be settled at least 48 hours before your appointment. For same day bookings, Immediate payment is required before the appointment can be confirmed.

Please note that if payment is not received within the specified time frame, your
appointment will be cancelled.
Location and booking confirmation will be sent once the payment has been received.
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING
Cancellations made less than 2 days (48 hours) before the appointment will not be
refunded or rescheduled including same day cancellations.
Rescheduling is only allowed if requested 3 or more days prior to the appointment date.
TIME
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
A grace period of 15 minutes will be allowed. After this period, a late fee of R300 will be
charged.
If you are more than 30 minutes late, you will be required to book a new slot, subject to
availability on the day. Please note that a new deposit or full payment will be required.
For house calls, we will not be able to wait if you are unprepared or running late. After 20
minutes, the artist will leave and no refund will be issued
