APPOINTMENT POLICY
BOOKING & DEPOSITS
A 50% non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required to secure your chosen date and time.
• The remaining balance must be settled at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
• For same-day bookings, full payment is required immediately before the appointment can be confirmed.
• Location details and official booking confirmation will be sent once payment has been received.
No plus ones permitted .

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY
• All deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
. Rescheduling is only permitted if requested 3 or more days prior to your appointment date
. Appointments may be rescheduled once.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, including same-day cancellations, will not be
refunded or rescheduled.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
• Please arrive on time for your appointment.
• A 15-minute grace period will be allowed.
• After 15 minutes, a R300 late fee will apply.
• If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will need to book a new slot
(subject to availability). A new deposit or full payment will be required.

EARLY CALL TIME FEE
• An additional R300.00 fee applies to any service scheduled before 7:00 AM.
